How do I place an order? +
Download the YCD app at onelink.to/ajyqjq, visit yourcitydelivered.com, or call a partner's AI Voice Ordering line directly — see the Our Partners section above for every restaurant's phone number and menu link.
What areas do you deliver to? +
We serve Uniontown and the surrounding Fayette County area, including Brownsville, Grindstone, and New Salem. Exact delivery availability is determined at checkout based on your address and the restaurant's delivery zone. Browse the Partners by City list above to see who delivers near you.
What are your hours? +
YCD is open Sunday through Thursday 7:30 AM to 11:00 PM and Friday and Saturday 7:30 AM to midnight. Individual restaurant hours may vary — check the app for each restaurant's availability.
Can I order takeout through YCD? +
Yes. At checkout you can choose delivery or pickup. Pickup orders are placed through YCD and ready for you to collect directly from the restaurant.
What is the minimum order size? +
The minimum order is $12.00. Orders below $12 may have a small order fee applied.
Can I schedule an order in advance? +
Yes — you can place orders in advance for your preferred delivery or pickup time during our operating hours.
Fees & Pricing
What fees does YCD charge? +
Fees depend on the type of restaurant you're ordering from:
• Local partner restaurants: 6% technology fee (no minimum) + 16% service fee on delivery / 9% on takeout (minimum $3.00)
• National partner restaurants (IHOP, Applebee's, Primanti Bros.): 10% service fee only — no technology fee, no minimum
• Non-partner restaurants: 13% service fee on delivery (takeout is not offered for non-partner restaurants)
YCD Delivery Club members pay reduced service fees on local partner orders — see the Club section below.
How is the delivery fee calculated? +
The delivery fee is $3.00 base plus $0.65 per mile from the restaurant to your address. This fee goes 100% to your driver — YCD does not keep any portion of it. This applies regardless of whether you're ordering from a local, national, or non-partner restaurant.
What's the difference between a local partner, national partner, and non-partner restaurant? +
• Local partner: An independently owned Fayette County restaurant that has signed on directly with YCD. Zero commission — every dollar spent on food goes straight to the restaurant.
• National partner: A chain restaurant (IHOP, Applebee's, Primanti Bros.) that contributes a commission on their end, which is why customers see a lower service fee on those orders.
• Non-partner: A restaurant with no signed agreement with YCD. We act as a courier service for these locations — we place and pay for your order ourselves, then bring it to you.
Do you charge restaurants a commission? +
Local partner restaurants pay zero commission to YCD. Every dollar you spend on food goes directly to your local restaurant. National partner restaurants contribute a commission on their end, which is how we offer lower customer fees on those orders. Non-partners do not pay commission — we don't work directly with them at all. Instead, we place and pay for your order ourselves and bring it to you.
Delivery Club
What is the YCD Delivery Club? +
The YCD Delivery Club is a monthly membership that reduces your service fees on every qualifying order. Three tiers are available — Bronze, Gold, and Platinum — each with a 7-day free trial. Sign up at club.uniontown.delivery.
What does each Club tier include? +
• Bronze — $5.99/month: Service fee reduced to 8% (min $2.00). No order minimum. 1.2x rewards points.
• Gold — $8.99/month: Service fee reduced to 6% on orders $20+. Under $20 automatically gets Bronze rate. 1.5x rewards points.
• Platinum — $14.99/month: Service fee reduced to 4% on orders $30+. Orders $20-$29.99 get Gold rate. Under $20 gets Bronze rate. 2x rewards points.
Higher tiers always step down to the next best rate — you never revert to standard fees.
How do I join the Delivery Club? +
Visit club.uniontown.delivery, choose your tier, and start your 7-day free trial. No charge until the trial ends. Your discount applies automatically from day one.
Rewards
How do YCD Rewards points work? +
Every customer earns 1 point per $1 spent on food on every order. 500 points = a $5 YCD gift card. Club members earn bonus points through their tier multiplier (1.2x, 1.5x, or 2x).
What are the weekly bonus point rewards? +
• Keep It Local Monday: 100 pts on any local partner order
• Taco Tuesday: 50 pts on any order with a taco
• Wellness Wednesday: 75 pts on any order with a salad
• Thumbs Up Thursday: 60 pts on any Recommended Restaurant order (look for the 👍 badge)
• Fry-Day Friday: 75 pts on any order with a fried dish
• Sip Saturday: 100 pts with any alcoholic drink, 50 pts with any beverage
• Sunday Funday: 80 pts on orders $75+, 40 pts on any Sunday order
All weekly rewards apply automatically — no code needed.
Drivers & Tipping
How are YCD drivers paid? +
YCD drivers earn a $3.00 base rate per delivery plus $0.65 per mile. They keep 100% of every tip — always shown upfront before they accept an order. Payouts are processed automatically via Stripe.
Should I tip my driver? +
Tipping is always appreciated and 100% of your tip goes directly to your driver. YCD does not take any portion of it. Tips can be added at checkout.
How do I become a YCD driver? +
Email uniontown@yourcitydelivered.com with the subject Driver Application and include your name and contact number. No set schedules — check in when you're available and check out when you're done.
Alcohol Delivery
Can YCD deliver alcohol? +
Yes. Your City Delivered holds a PLCB Transporter for Hire Class A License (Lic# IA61644) authorizing legal alcohol and wine delivery in our service area. We deliver beer from Bernie the BeerMan and wine from Deer Creek Winery at Watson Estate, among others — see Partners by Type above.
What ID is required for alcohol delivery? +
You must be 21 years of age or older to receive an alcohol delivery. Your driver will verify your ID at the door on every age-restricted delivery — no exceptions. Delivery cannot be left unattended.

I have an issue with my order — what do I do? +
Contact us and we will make it right. Email uniontown@yourcitydelivered.com, text or call 724-320-9330, or message us on the YCD Facebook page. We respond quickly — even late at night.
How do I become a restaurant or merchant partner? +
Visit yourcitydelivered.com/glue/contact/restaurant and fill out the partner form. Local partners pay zero commission and zero signup or monthly fees. We offer POS integration or a free YCD tablet with automatic payouts via Stripe, plus a dedicated AI Voice Ordering phone line at no extra cost.
What is the YCD Promoter Program? +
